Returns & Exchanges

At Maccabi Tel Aviv, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items you wish to return in their original condition, ensuring all tags and labels are intact, and include a copy of your invoice.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Send your package to our official distribution center using a tracked shipping service or drop it off at the designated Maccabi Tel Aviv official store.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 7 business days.
